In our experience we have seen that Process Improvement is often linked to large revolving equipment, a sweaty guy in an overall and hardhat, and probably a stuck-up chartered accountant in head office just checking if the graph went the right way. We are committed to change this perception. Processes are all around us, from the traditional large revolving equipment, to nature’s ebb and flow of the seasons. All processes generate data, and hence can be analysed and improved. We can help you improve your process, from increasing your profit margin, to conforming to the appropriate legislation. Every process produces some kind of waste, and we can help you management it. We do so in an innovative way: we tackle the problem from both sides. Firstly, we will help you to minimise the waste produced using the proven Lean Six Sigma methodology.
Then, to change the waste characteristics to make re-use or disposal easier and more cost effective.
Secondly, we will help you manage the waste safely and efficiently according to current legislation, e.g. the National Norms and Standards for the Assessment of Waste for Landfill Disposal, which was promulgated on 23 August 2013 and requires that all waste streams be re-classified within 3 years.
The analysis and interpretation of data may be an everyday activity, but EnviroEng goes the extra mile. We use specialised statistical software to make sure that our findings are statistically validated and accurate, which enables you to have full confidence in our results.
We use this methodology in the auditing of waste management licences, air emission licences, environmental monitoring programmes, as well as the general monitoring of ground and surface water.
Many research experiments have caused our lab coats to be stained by some very weird chemicals, and we have inhaled stuff that probably should never be inhaled.
