Walter Fourie – Director

Dr. Walter Fourie holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, and has a background in chemical engineering. He has worked as a consultant and researcher on environmental and engineering projects from the North Slope of Alaska all the way down to Antarctica, providing strategic environmental guidance as well as detailed technical advice. Dr. Fourie is an expert in the movement of fluids in micro porous media, and has taught several post graduate courses including Chemical Water Treatment, Industrial Waste Engineering and Arctic Engineering.
